Change of use from an auto-mechanic to Avalon’s first micro-brewery. Against the odds we navigated hurdles to successfully gain approval & operation. We convinced the local lobbyists, many consultants, Council & even the NSW Police authority that the brewery could successfully operate on all fronts.
Secretly located in the heart of Avalon Beach Sydney, it is the town favourite.
